The SEE Transnational Cooperation Programme which is running from 2007 to 2013 includes 16 countries. The global goals of the programme are the improvement of the territorial, economic and social integration process in South-East Europe and the contribution to cohesion, stability and competitiveness in this region. One of the other main characteristic of the SEE programme is the high diversity of participating countries and the fact that it covers such a large cooperation area.
